Donald Fairnot

Donald came to the department of HUD in June of 2000. Prior to HUD, Donald spent four years at the RTC, (Resolution Trust Corporation) as an Asset Marketing Specialist. At the RTC Donald was responsible for the management of every phase of the sale process for apartment complex’s, retail shopping centers, development tracks of land and high-rise condominiums among other savings and loan assets. A total of $122,000,000 in sale revenue was recovered through sales managed by Donald at the RTC. Prior to his tenure at the RTC Donald operated an Appraisal & Real Estate firm in the metro Atlanta area where he sold, managed and appraised residential & commercial properties. Donald has managed physical resources and as many as forty, (40) employees in previous management positions prior to his employment at HUD. Donald has been a Real Estate agent for 20 years and a Certified Appraiser for 15 years. Donald Holds a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Management and is currently preparing to sit for the Certified General appraisers exam.

The  meeting will be held at the Smyrna Community Center.  There will be a networking opportunity beginning at 6:15pm.  The meeting will begin at 7pm.  We are offering a dinner option-see order dinner link below.

The policy for guests/visitors has been amended to the following:

First meeting free for any guest; subsequent meetings as a guest $20.      

First training seminar $10 for any non-member; subsequent non-member training $25 and up.
