GAAPA Membership

Membership in the Georgia Association of Professional Appraisers (GAAPA) is open to all classified Georgia Real Estate Appraisers and all interested parties within the Real Estate industry.

All GAAPA members adhere to ethical personal and business practices and promote the mission of our association, Georgia law as well as the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP).  Failure to comply will result in termination of membership.  Ethics
